Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool For Mac

I need to clean out my Windows registry of all traces of InDesign CS6. It started malfunctioning, and our Help Desk tried to replace it. But now, when we try to launch it, a dialog box appears and it quits. Oct 12, 2016 I have been trying to clean up my system using 'Creative cloud cleaner tool'. Even after several attempts, I am unable to clean one file related to the illustrator. The moment i select the file and click on Clean all or cleanup selected, the dailogue box closes without taking any action. I cant locate any file related to illustrator on my system.

In most cases, you should try other relevant fixes before resorting to a complete uninstall and reinstall.

  1. Remove all Adobe apps installed on the machine.
  2. Remove any remaining Adobe folders from the machine.
    1. Windows:

    2. Mac OS:

  3. Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool on the machine:

  4. Restart the machine.
  5. Install the Creative Cloud Desktop app from:
